Huge drugs haul found during search, man in 20s arrested

DUBLIN, Ireland  - Gardaí from Ballymun have seized heroin and cocaine with an estimated street value of €250,000.

Also recovered was a significant amount of cash, in the form of Bank of Ireland and Ulster Bank Limited 20 pound notes.

The seizure took place on Thursday during a search of a house in the Cromcastle area of Kilmore.

Gardai said one man in his 20s has been arrested.

He is currently detained at Ballymun Station.

Investigations are ongoing.
