Violence at Dublin Airport: People barred from flying: One injured

DUBLIN, Ireland - Garda Commissioner Drew Harris has condemned the violence at Dublin Airport Tuesday night, and gardai are looking into a number of violent incidents involving fights at Terminal 1.

Some people were denied permission to fly, and one man was treated for injuries at Beaumont Hospital.

Another man has been charged and is scheduled to appear in court on June 14.

The fight, captured on video and shared on social media, involved several men and lasted about 10 to 15 minutes in Terminal 1.

Garda arrived on the scene and arrested a man in his twenties.

Passengers and airline employees are seen fleeing as three men punch and kick each other.

Commissioner Harris stated that an investigation into some assaults was underway and that gardai would look into the incident further.
