DUBLIN, Ireland - A man in his 30s has died following a crash between an e-scooter and a car in Blanchardstown, Dublin, on Sunday night.
The collision occurred on the Old Navan Road at around 10:50pm. The e-scooter rider was rushed to James Connolly Hospital but was later pronounced dead. No other injuries were reported.
The road was temporarily closed as forensic collision investigators examined the scene but has since reopened.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage from the area between 10:40pm and 11:00pm to come forward. Those with information are asked to contact Blanchardstown Garda Station at 01 666 7000, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
